Common questions about Stride

We already have a process — PDFs, emails, phone calls. Why change it?: Most teams do. The question is what it costs. If your scheduler spends 6–10 hours per cycle on follow-up calls and manual re-entry, and updates still come back fragmented or late, the process is working — just not for the people running it. Stride doesn't ask your team to change how they think about the schedule. It just replaces the fragmented collection and re-entry part with something that runs automatically.
How long does it take to set up?: Most teams run their first update cycle within a day of signing up. Import your P6 file, assign activities, open the window. Contributors get a link — no account creation required. Nothing about your existing workflow changes except the collection and re-entry step.
Does Stride replace P6?: No. Stride works inside your P6 workflow. Import your schedule, run the update cycle, export clean changes back as an xls file. Your scheduler stays in P6. Stride handles the update operations around it.
Do all our supers and subs need to pay for a seat?: No, we don't charge by seats, so invite anyone who needs to update the schedule.
